The Company is a successful private family business established in 1946. They are the UK market leaders in the design and manufacture of street furniture, cycle shelters and covered walkways.
THE ROLE:
They are looking to recruit a mid weight Web Designer/Developer to work within their existing Marketing/Graphics Department.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the role of updating, overhauling and re-designing/developing the company`s website along with its associated Companies websites.
You will show a proven track record in the design and development of websites, ranging from general information or aesthetically pleasing websites to fully operational e-commerce sites. A good flair for design is required and a working knowledge of Pay Per Click and Google Ad Campaigns would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have a full working knowledge of the following:
Ø Adobe Dreamweaver
Ø Adobe Photoshop
Ø Adobe Flash
Ø Adobe Fireworks
Ø (X)HTML / HTML
Ø ASP
Ø CSS
Ø Javascript of similar
Experience with other software such as Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Director, Adobe Acrobat and 3D Studio Max would also be an advantage.
