My client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer to join their team. You will be involved in the 1st and 2nd line support of the company`s range of Business Solutions which include: Telephone Call Management Software, Browser-based Telephone Switchboards and Hospitality Software.
You will provide customers with a high level of customer support. Answering questions and resolving problems relating to the suite of software applications. To ensure all that all communication whether it be via telephone or email to customers are entered into Microsoft CRM. To escalate to the Customer Support Manager any escalations or complaints from external customers.
You will work with the Customer Support Manger to ensure all aspects of this role are carried out to a high standard. To work with our Customers (BT, Nortel and others) to provide a first class standard of Customer service. This will include customer visits from time to time. To work with our PV and Development department to escalate any issues that requires further assistance with any of applications.
Communicate clearly and concisely with good verbal and written use of the English language. Be self motivated and able to work under tight deadlines, managing time effectively. Have good attention to detail - right first time approach. Possess a good understanding of computer hardware and networks. Able to obtain a high level understanding of the products and services. Fully integrates the quality standards with the requirements of the job. Seeks and tries out new and better ways of doing things. Hold a current UK driving Licence.
Based Chester. Salary £15k - £18k dependent on experience.
