My client currently have an exciting for a Project Manager to join their team. You will be involved in overseeing and managing the successful end to end development and delivery of a wide range of Projects including: Software Applications (in house and externally contracted). Training Material. Product Documentation. Support Services. Sales Propositions.
Key Responsibilities: The Project Manager will work to facilitate the following functions for which they will be responsible: The production and maintenance of project plans, PERTS and Gantts for all projects they have Project Management responsibility for. The calling and chairing of project meetings to ensure that the status of all strands of the project are known and monitored; that all parties with deliverables in a project are aware of deadlines; that all parties are aware of the status of work items on which they are dependent. To engage with all stakeholder parties such as Development, Product Verification, Support, Sales and Training, and any outside agencies such as BT, Nortel, Convertec, CTI, WISS etc. to ensure that all stakeholder parties are aware of their project status regarding dependencies, deliverables and their due dates. Act as the single point of contact for the Senior Management Team and other stakeholder parties. Represent conference calls with outside stakeholder parties such as BT, Nortel, Convertec, CTI, WiSS etc. To own and maintain the ISO system and ensure that accreditation is retained.
Working Relationships: To work with theDevelopment Manager to ensure the requirements of all Projects are met, content-wise, deadline-wise and delivery-wise. To work with the Development Manager (and Contact Centre Development Team Leader), to ensure the timely development of Software Applications. To work with the Training Manager to ensure the timely development of content for Training courses and Product Documentation. To work with the Customer Support Manger to ensure the timely development of new Support Propositions. To work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure the timely development of Sales and Marketing propositions that support new Products and Services. To work with external contractors to ensure the timely development and delivery of externally contracted Projects. To work with the members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure the resources of the business are optimally focused to achieve the timely development and delivery of all Projects. To work with our Customers (BT, Nortel and others) to understand and satisfy their requirements

Salary is negotiable on experience - Circa £27K-35K. Private medical care. Annual Bonus related to company performance paid pro rata in the first year. Leave entitlement is 25 working days per annum. Based Chester, Cheshire.
