The Company is looking for experienced analyst / programmers / testers to develop and deliver high quality software and systems integration solutions to business problems. Successful candidates will join a project team and will be expected to carry out a number of roles as the project progresses.
This will usually include elements of:
Functional and technical design;
Software and database development;
Testing;
Documentation.
Work may be based on their own premises or those of their clients, and travel is likely to be required.
Essential Experience:
Technical skills: able to show experience of software
development using at least two of C/C++, VB, C#, Java, ASP, .net, Websphere
and PL/SQL technologies;
Commercial software development experience, involving
significant server-side or systems integration work, in an environment that is project based and working for external customers;
Experience of developing database transactions at the database level (stored procedures) or embedded in software at client levels;
Experience of working co-operatively in teams and under minimal supervision.
Desirable Experience:
Experience of working alongside clients on a project basis.
Qualifications:
Educated to Honours degree (2.i) level or equivalent. |
