You will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer support. The role requires someone capable of building relationships with customers to provide operational support to ensure continuous system use. You will be reporting to the Support Manager. Externally you will carry out site visits and will provide assistance to your colleagues as & when required.
Key Skills: Basic IT knowledge including networks and printers, MS operating systems, SQL, troubleshooting, call logging.
Personal Profile: The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with organisational skills to match. They will be experienced in communicating with customers in person and over the telephone at all levels within an organisation and have experience and a good understanding of the helpdesk customer support environment.
Based Bolton. Salary negotiable dependent upon your experience.
