An excellent opportunity to join a well established I.T. company based in Halesowen.
They are seeking a reliable individual to join their sales team acting as sales and administration support.
Duties will include typing of tender documents, data input, use of the email system and general administration.
The role will involve contact with suppliers, clients and internal colleagues, processing, progressing and chasing stock/orders.
You will also be responsible for providing solutions to queries, diary management, reception and general office support and backup during busy periods and holiday season.
You will need strong computer and administration skills, including excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A professional and confident telephone manner will be important as will a smart appearance, reliability, good time keeping and attendance.
Experience in a similar role will be required. |
