The candidate will be expected to sell to SMEs based in and around the Midlands. The position is both office and field based, and will involve cold calling, through to sales and account management as part of building a good working relationship with clients.
The Candidate
We are looking for ambitious team players that are dedicated to getting results and hitting targets, and who are willing to work overtime when appropriate. Experience in a similar role is expected, however we are also considering people who have had at least 2 years of Telesales experience in the IT industry – with some face to face contact, and who are looking to progress into more of a mixed role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling support, hardware, software and Microsoft solutions to small-medium sized businesses.
Salary
Candidates with a proven track record can expect a basic salary of £20,000 plus bonuses and commissions. (OTE £35,000).
Candidates wishing to migrate from a telesales position should expect a basic salary of £17,000-£18,000.
The position of IT Sales Consultant includes a company car, which would be a Honda Civic or Ford Focus (type dependent on availability).
