My client is looking to recruit a telesales executive. Reporting directly to the Telemarketing Team Leader, the role will focus on lead generation for the field sales team with a strong emphasis on developing new business opportunities and therefore significant levels of cold calling.
Although previous experience in a telesales (outbound/inbounds calls) or customer service environment is highly beneficial it is not a `must have`. You are however required to be comfortable with cold calling and be willing to train on aspects of leads generation, etc. You should have a highly professional manner and be able to interact with high level clients including managers and MD`s, etc.
You will be keen and enthusiastic to contribute to the continued development of a small and relatively new telemarketing team. You should be a team player; confident, focused and have a proactive approach to work. Knowledge of IT would be a bonus but ny no means essential. You should be self-motivated and target driven have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Based Manchester. OTE Salary is approx £22k. |
