Requirements
Able to work on their own whilst being directed by Program Managers and other Design Team members
Good communication skills, team working essential.
Able to plan work schedules accurately
Flexible working times, ability to monitor work from home to enhance productivity. PC and Unix Computer literate.
Knowledge of Custom High Speed layout techniques like matching and parasitic avoidance essential.
Knowledge of Perl, C and TCL and other programming languages useful, but not essential.

Personal Specification
Successful applicants will have:
EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years in High Speed layout. Will consider less if person is willing to be trained.
GENERAL INTELLIGENCE - High intellect, in-depth technical understanding and excellent problem solving skills.
SPECIAL APTITUDES Good communication and team skills with the ability to technically support both internal and external customers.
DISPOSITION High motivation, enthusiasm and product focus is an absolute requirement.
CIRCUMSTANCES Position is office based in Northampton.
ATTAINMENTS - A good academic record with either a Degree or HND in Electronics, Physics, or a related subject. Full driving licence.
