My client is the worlds largest independent lubricant manufacturer, they are seeking to expand our existing team to further develop out prominent market position by recruiting three new customer service administrators.
Working exclusively with our customers by telephone, it is essential that you have gained experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities will include processing customer orders, dealing with enquiries and building good working relationships with our customers, whilst working within tight time frames to meet deadlines.
Ideally you will possess GCSE's in English and Maths, knowledge of computerised order processing systems (SAP would be advantageous) and Microsoft Office.
My client offer full training, a starting salary of £12,500 and up to 27 days holiday.
