Helpdesk Operative - At least 18 months commerical experience in a helpdesk environment supporting MS Office, Lotus Notes and resolving IT issues that are associated with running a netwrok infrastructure of aroun 800 users. Core duties will involve providing a first time fix for the users on MS office suite, Lotus Notes, email and basic windows OS issues. In house training will be given on bespoke apps. |
